Package 1: Three Event Weekend Extravaganza

We manage and facilitate ALL communication, creative strategies, and details involved in planning 3 parties from the very beginning:  Friday night Shabbat dinner, Saturday Kiddush luncheon, and your Saturday Mitzvah Party Blast.  We help find the venues; create the invitations and recommend vendors, based on theme and ideas discussed… Friday night Shabbat dinner, Saturday Kiddush luncheon, and Saturday night party. Package 2: Mitzvah Party Blast

We manage and facilitate all communication, creative planning and details surrounding the Saturday night party, only – Inquire about pricing.

Package 3: Weekend Coordinator

For those of you who plan your own events, we can still take some of the pressure off during your actual events so that you can feel relaxed, sit back, and enjoy your family and friends. 

Our A-List team takes over 2 weeks prior to your event and manages the remaining details that you have already planned. We initiate communication with all vendors and parties involved and we firm up the final plans.   Either Becky Salita or a member of her team is present, in a coordinator role, for 1, 2, or all 3 of your weekend events.   See your options below:

A. Management and attendance leading up to and at your Friday night Shabbat dinner, your Kiddush luncheon and your Mitzvah Party Blast: Inquire about pricing.

B. Management and attendance leading up to and at your Kiddush luncheon and your Mitzvah Party Blast: Inquire about pricing.

C. Management and attendance at your Saturday Mitzvah Party Blast, including being on site at the venue to receive vendors, long before the event officially begins: Inquire about pricing.

Becky Salita is at most of our events but sometimes she is unable to attend.  Becky and her team plan until the very end and when Becky cannot physically attend, she sends a staff member, who you will have met, in here place. Clients will know the plan well in advance.
